Empowering Veterans Through Unity and Advocacy

NABVETS Chapter 53 is Baltimore's local branch of the National Association for Black Veterans. Our mission is to empower veterans through service, support, and advocacy, ensuring they receive the benefits and recognition they've earned.

Our chapter is dedicated to:

  2. Offering assistance with VA benefits, claims support, housing resources, and employment opportunities
  3. Working to end veteran homelessness and empower low-income and minority veterans
  4. Preserving the historical contributions of minority veterans
  5. Fostering community development by creating positive lifestyles for veterans and their families
